The market has shifted, and there has been price decreases in various areas of the County. However, there is still a high demand for homes as inventory continues to remain low.
The increase in interest rates have also caused buyers to back out of buying and/or they are being cautious.
If you are thinking of buying, this is a time to buy a home. Better to buy at lower price point, and then when interest rates decrease, refinance at a lower rate.
