Here is market Data for October 2021. I was slow in getting this out, and I am searching for the Market Data for November. The December Market Data will not be available until the end of January.
Clients have been asking whether real estate is a good investment and whether the market will crash. If you look at 2019 compared to 2021, I will say real estate is a good investment! Whether the market will crash again, I cannot make that prediction.
